How BST79 handles the limited data needed to run the catalog, admin area, API, and support flow.
Last updated
Scope
This notice explains how BST79 handles information when someone browses the catalog, contacts the seller, uses a support flow, or operates the protected administration and API tools.
Information handled
Public browsing does not require a customer account. The server may process ordinary technical request information such as time, requested path, network address, browser details, request identifier, and error information. If a Discord ticket flow is enabled, it may process the Discord user and thread identifiers, ticket purpose, relevant offer reference, timestamps, and status. The protected admin area and API store account, session, security, and audit records needed to control changes.
Purposes
Information is used to provide the requested catalog or support function, protect the service, investigate errors or abuse, maintain accurate offer history, and meet applicable operational or legal obligations. The catalog does not intentionally use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Sharing and service providers
Limited information may be handled by infrastructure, DNS, backup, network, communication, and payment providers when required to operate the service or complete a requested transaction. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or needed to protect users and the service.
Retention and security
Records are kept only while reasonably needed for their operational, security, transaction, audit, or legal purpose. Backups expire through the documented rotation schedule. Administrative access is restricted, credentials are stored in protected form, and secrets are excluded from application audit payloads. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Choices and requests
Questions, correction requests, or deletion requests can be sent through an official destination on the Contacts page. Some information may need to be retained where a transaction, security incident, backup cycle, or legal obligation requires it.
Changes
This notice may be updated when the site or its providers change. The date shown on this page identifies the latest version.
